For what purposes is personal data processed?
The Controller processes personal data of Online Store Users for the following purposes:
- Preparation for the conclusion (including use of an Account in the Online Store) and conclusion of a license agreement for graphics offered via the Online Store, or an agreement transferring proprietary copyrights to works as part of an electronic service (based on given consent, related to the concluded agreement);
- Conducting marketing and statistical activities related to the business operations carried out by the Controller (based on given consent).
How long is personal data stored?
Personal data entrusted to the Controller will be stored for the following periods:
- In the case of contract execution – for the duration of the contract and until the expiration of the limitation period for claims arising from that contract. If data was provided prior to contract conclusion and the contract was not concluded – until the consent to process personal data is withdrawn;
- In the case of marketing and statistical activities – until the consent to process personal data is withdrawn.
Is the entrusted personal data secure?
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processed personal data.
What personal data is collected in the processes?
First and last name, address, email address, telephone number.
What is the legal basis for processing personal data?
The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent to process personal data, the Controller’s legitimate interest, and in the case of a contract – the contract itself.
To whom may personal data be disclosed?
The Controller may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients:
- the Controller’s collaborators,
- companies providing accounting and legal services to the Controller,
- government and state authorities such as the police, security services, or tax authorities entitled under applicable laws to request personal data, provided they have a valid legal basis to request such data.
What are the rights of individuals involved in data processing?
Every individual whose data is processed has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data. Furthermore, each individual has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. If the basis for processing is the individual’s consent, such consent may be withdrawn at any time. Access to data is available at the Controller’s office. In addition, the Controller provides contact details for matters relating to the exercise of these rights.
Is it possible to lodge a complaint regarding data processing?
Yes, any individual whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Will the Data Controller transfer personal data outside the EEA?
No, the Data Controller does not intend to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Is providing personal data a contractual or legal requirement?
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, in the case of a desire to conclude a contract with the Controller – failure to provide data will make it impossible to conclude such a contract.
Are any automated decisions made based on personal data, including profiling?
The Controller does not make automated decisions based on personal data. The Controller conducts limited profiling based on previously purchased products – by offering similar product suggestions in the Online Store.

- The Online Store uses cookies, i.e., text files stored on the user’s device while browsing the Online Store’s website. The cookies used are categorized as:
- Necessary cookies – essential for using the website. These are exempt from the requirement to obtain user consent;
